Certified Vibration Analysis Training is important for engineers engaged in maintenance, asset reliability, and condition monitoring activities. Helping the freshers, or seasoned engineers, become a pro at understanding what each vibration means, how they travel through equipment, and how to tackle them with precision. Engineers are equipped with skillsets to identify the first sign of faults accurately.
Vibration Analysis also improves decision-making and maintenance efficiency in industries, and trained engineers can confidently analyse vibration data and properly intervene with corrective strategies to avoid unplanned downtime, extend asset life, and optimise maintenance schedules. This positive reinforcement also enhances workplace safety and supports predictive maintenance strategies, making engineers more competent, confident, and valuable to their organisation.

Zenco provides vibration analysis training and certification in accordance with ISO-18436-2 in Categories I, II, and III. (VCAT I, VCAT II, VCAT III) Vibration training is available LIVE ONLINE via Zoom or similar, as a SELF-PACED ONLINE VIDEO COURSE, and ON-SITE in English or Spanish.

This vibration course is specially developed for beginners who want to understand machinery vibration and its practical use. It is particularly suitable for engineers, technicians, and professionals in data collection, basic analysis, supervision, or anyone who looks to build a skillset on vibration technology.
3 days of training, with optional exam on Day 4.
No prior experience is required to enrol in the course. A minimum of 6 months of relevant experience is needed for certification, which can be completed after the course and the exam.
This level vibration course is designed and intended for professionals involved in the routine testing and evaluation of machinery vibration. Participants will get the opportunity to learn how to accurately collect vibration data and interpret it to identify common issues in rotating equipment like motors, pumps, fans, generators, and belt-driven systems. The course mainly focuses on understanding and recognising common faults, which include imbalance, misalignment, looseness, bearing damage, cavitation and foundational issues.
4 days of training, with an optional 3-hour certification exam on Day 5
No prior qualification is required to attend the course. A minimum of 12 months of relevant experience is required for certification, which can be completed after the course and the exam. Participants without an engineering background are advised to start with Category I.
Cat III is an advanced vibration course, specially designed for professionals who have completed Category II and want to expand their expertise in vibration analysis and take over Condition Monitoring Programs. The course covers advanced testing methods, phase and troubleshooting techniques, structural analysis and two-plane balancing. Participants will also be introduced to tools and concepts like ODS, Modal Analysis, Video Motion amplification, Signal Processing, Wireless Sensors and Monitoring System Design.
4 days of training, with an optional 4-hour certification exam on Day 5.
Category II certification is required to attend the course. A total of 36 months of relevant experience is needed for certification, which can be completed after the course and exam.
The majority of our students, up to 99%, who enrol with Zenco Vibrations take the certification exam, recognised by renowned employers. Aspirants can get certification from various reputable bodies, including the Vibration Institute (VI), the Canadian Machinery Vibration Association (CMVA), and the British Institute of Non-Destructive Testing (BINDT). Our course is designed to help you prepare for and successfully pass the exams conducted by these institutions.

Empower your engineering team with field-focused training brought to you by Zenco Vibrations, in collaboration with AssetConditionMonitoring.com. Our professionally curated, expert-led programs help you build practical skills, improve technical expertise and support long-term asset reliability.
